Curriculum Introduction
Corporate Legal Model

This model is for students whose main focus is to work for a private company. Under this model, students learn the status of various corporate disputes, understand the measures useful for preventing legal disputes before they occur, and learn how best to handle situations when dealing with those disputes. A special emphasis is placed on civil law, commercial law, and civil procedure law, as well as social law.
